Not Happy...
The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.
Other than that the framing and photo is very good.

The collage was in remembrance of my mother-in-law who died recently. One copy was displayed at her funeral and it received praise from all friends and family. That one will be kept by her son, the other is with her daughter, my wife.
