I have received my canvas art picture from your studio and I am very pleased with the results. The print was meant as a Christmas gift for my wife, but she was the one who found the fedex package and to my dismay, your company had taped an invoice sheet to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box with a description of the item and a thumbnail picture of the print. So much for surprises. :(
I liked the quality of the work and will be ordering again - also as a gift. I would recommend that you revisit your invoice slip policies to avoid this type of customer frustration in the future.

Thanks so much for the great job on my icon (plaque). The corners were perfectly mitered, my artwork was sized exactly right, and the wood color was just what I hoped. My only warning to customers is that my artwork spent a month in Canadian customs on its way to you, so people need to plan for that if they are physically sending artwork. But once my piece was received by you, everything was timely, including shipping. Thanks again for the wonderful work!
