My canvas arrived today and surpassed all expectations. The photo I sent you has become a work of art. The frame is beautiful and the overall look of the piece is absolutely breathtaking. The image that I sent you of my friend and his now deceased father had special meaning of course but will now become something so much more than a mere photograph. I know it will hang in his home and in his heart for decades to come. Thank you all.

This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. Love our enlarged canvas print. Our contact with Keen Art Media was reserved, but she assured us the print we selected would be fine for a 42\" x 31-1/2\" enlargement. Despite some doubts, we could not be happier with it. Will use Keen Art again.
