Just wanted to give you another heads up that the frame arrived earlier today (a day early), and it’s beautiful! I really appreciate that quick response, and look forward to ordering from you all again in the future.

I ordered a 36 x 36 canvas print of a photo I took in Tofino at Chesterman beach. Within a few hours - I had an email from Cynthia advising the resolution wasn\'t good enough to see if I had another file, to offer alternatives if not. I ended up switching to a better photo.

I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
