I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. I needed a rush order on a 30\"x20\" canvas print and had a lot of trouble finding companies that could print it in time, let alone delivery within 5 business days. Ottawa On Canvas was quick and easy to deal with and was delivered within 48 hours (thanks to expensive shipping, mind you). It looks fantastic - a wonderful job and under a tight deadline.

Thanks so much for the great job on my icon (plaque). The corners were perfectly mitered, my artwork was sized exactly right, and the wood color was just what I hoped. My only warning to customers is that my artwork spent a month in Canadian customs on its way to you, so people need to plan for that if they are physically sending artwork. But once my piece was received by you, everything was timely, including shipping. Thanks again for the wonderful work!
