I am happy! Good morning, I really want to thank you for taking the time to really see what will work for the photos. It really makes me happy knowing you are helping to find the best fit. Ally, Toronto	Deeply dissatisfied. Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied. Roger,	Handmade oil paintings I had been searching for paintings of my favourite mountains where my husband and I travel each year, and could not find anything I liked in any gallery anywhere, local or distant. I sent two photos to KeenART to be made into oil paintings and they are not only better than I had hoped for, but they are also better than anything I saw in high end galleries. Thank you.
