Very good service Very good service. Not only was the piece completed very quickly, but the communication was very good. They noticed an imperfection in my photo and offered to fix it before printing. Will come again. Chels, ottawa	couldn't be happier... I ordered two frames with acid free foam core backing as replacements for existing frames. I couldn\'t be happier with the superb service from USAOnCanvass. The frames were perfect according to my custom dimensions and made from excellent quality, solid wood mouldings. The frame construction (cuts, joining) was as good as or even better than some local custom framing shops I\\\'ve used. A nice touch was the included free hanging hardware, easily enough parts to hang several pieces of art. Price-wise, 80% LESS than local shops for essentially the same moulding. Likewise shipping was very fast. Order to delivery was six days. My local shop? Three to four weeks minimum. Need I say more? I would also add that if you\\\'re not sure about dimensions, etc., just call USAOnCanvas. You will get a very pleasant, helpful person to guide you through your order. The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.
