I was a little shocked... I have to say I was a little shocked at how well my canvas print turned out. I have been using another company for the last two years and there is a big difference in how great this one looks that I just had done. On the negative, I wasnt to crazy about the frame as it doesnt match the print very well. But that was my fault as I choose one with just a guess... (would be good if you had a live preview with the frame choice) also I wish the price was just a tad cheaper like maybe a coupon for repeat purchases etc. I normally order about 20 prints a year and will definately give you guys another try before I move my business over to you on a regular basis.. (I have found with some companys the quality can very on each order) Norm Peters,	not happy Quality is a bit questionable - didn\'t even come with a stand to put it on the table even though it\'s a very small frame. I had to use tape to attach the back - not even any clips!! Glass would be better than plexiglass. Also the shipping charge of $19 is so high for such a small item. I will be using your services/products more and more in the future, for sure. Also, I hope you don't mind that I attached a couple of images of paintings with the frame (the still life is unfinished btw). As an artist, framing is often a very costly and, frankly, nerve-wracking part of the process. I get the feeling that your products will go a long way to alleviating both of those pressures for me in the future. To be honest, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the frames (of course, I was not expecting them to bad. :) ). The mitres were as close to perfect as one can get and all were strongly fastened: the v-nails were all flush, the bottoms flat, corners matching, etc.. Very sturdy feel and fit; well packed, and promptly shipped -- and all of that for a very reasonable price. Bravo! Ann, Seattle	a memorable Christmas present!
