I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.

Jarmila K., Montreal | Received my frame today, and couldn’t have asked for a better job. It, by itself, is pretty much art. Took a couple of weeks longer than expected to arrive, but well worth the wait. Customer service was quick to respond to questions as well. Overall two thumbs up.
Troy, | amazed ... I am constantly amazed that the photographs I submit to you for mounting on canvas (which I already view as beautiful) are made even more beautiful by your people!! You find colors in my pictures that I am not even aware are there.
