I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service!
Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. In the meantime, I can proceed with the project involving the original frames.

Trever, | THANK YOU! Thank you, once again, for sending a new canvas. We received it on Monday, and the canvas itself is perfect. The wrap is lovely and care has obviously been taken with the finishing. The colours are deep and rich and the canvas material is beautifully soft/supple. It looks amazing!
