Thanks for your excellent customer service on getting this right in the end. I can't hide my disappointment with your quality control considering this order was placed Feb 1st. I ordered 12 frames middle of July. One was delivered on July 25th but the other 11 are still not here three weeks later. The delivery time is not worth the savings and there has been no communication in the meantime, so no idea what\'s going on. Not happy
