it looks great I received my order and it looks great. However, I am very concerned about future orders. The order arrived with the box busted open, the photo was hanging out with the protective covers off as well. Surprisingly there was no damage to the wood print but I don\'t know if I would trust your shipping in the future. This was for a gallery exhibit.

Both are fantastic and they know how to crop. You won\'t be disappointed.

I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.
