pleasantly surprised
Just want to say how pleasantly surprised we were to a) receive our frames in SUCH a prompt amount of time & b) to receive such great-looking frames!!!! We live in Dawson City & have no framing shops here. The closest one is in Whitehorse about 550km away. It is a nice shop but we were able to get both frames from you for the same price as one from Whitehorse & this made the difference between getting our work framed and not! So thank you very much for the good work & this will not be our last order!!!!

I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again.
