a wonderful job We picked up our order yesterday. The result is everything that I had hoped for. You did a wonderful job with the enlargement of the photo to canvas. The only problem that I have is with the packaging. Given the fact that there was no stabilizing of the picture within the box, I consider myself lucky that the canvas arrived unblemished. I realize that we were not paying for the shipping but I would gladly have an extra $5 tacked on to the price if it meant that we would have bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts insulating the canvas within the box. But the picture did arrive in pristine condition nevertheless and we are delighted with the final result. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the frames I received just before Christmas. I will be using your services/products more and more in the future, for sure. Also, I hope you don't mind that I attached a couple of images of paintings with the frame (the still life is unfinished btw). As an artist, framing is often a very costly and, frankly, nerve-wracking part of the process. I get the feeling that your products will go a long way to alleviating both of those pressures for me in the future. To be honest, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the frames (of course, I was not expecting them to bad. :) ). The mitres were as close to perfect as one can get and all were strongly fastened: the v-nails were all flush, the bottoms flat, corners matching, etc..
