The order arrived today, I am very impressed with the packaging and workmanship. First-class all the way! I wish I had more space to display photos as I would not hesitate to purchase again.

When I contacted them about the problem, they not only agreed to reprint it for me, but sent it to me by FedEx at their cost so that I would get it in time for the show. Tom Jenks, Owen Sound | Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed.
KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.
