We received our 24X36 (i think it was) wedding portrait and were so overwhelmed with how great the product looked (much better than the original photo) as well as the quickness it came. I received my order and it looks great. However, I am very concerned about future orders. The order arrived with the box busted open, the photo was hanging out with the protective covers off as well. Surprisingly there was no damage to the wood print but I don\'t know if I would trust your shipping in the future. This was for a gallery exhibit.

Horrible! Frames are unusable. Width of back of frame is barely a quarter inch, way too narrow to screw into to attach my canvasses.
