SERVICE: I\'m so very happy that I choose Keenart over Amazon. I purchased 2 frames and made an oversight error on my initial order. The Keenart staff immediately picked up on it and emailed me with a request for precision. The following exchange of emails were nearly instantaneous. Thank you for that.
PRODUCT: The frames are perfect. I choose the thinner ones and I was worried about their capacity to handle a 30\"x60\" heavy canvas. They are built strong - good wood, not too heavy, perfect fit. I\'m extremely happy with the final product.
SHIPPING: Would have preferred Canada Post but they used CANPAR which easily gets confused with simple addresses (previous dealings with them were the same... Still better than Purolator...) They missed the first delivery and I caught up to the truck on the 2nd attempt... (Condo towers seem overly complicated for their drivers).
OVERALL: Fantastic service, product and end result. I will order again and refer them in the future.

I received the copy of my painting today and I am very happy with how it turned out. The colors were very true to the picture and the resin looks great! Thank you for a great job. I am extremely frustrated that I ordered my canvas from you last Tuesday morning and was told it would arrive 3-4 days later. Little did I know that it wouldn\'t even be sent out until a week later. By the time I should have received my canvas, it hadn\'t even been sent out. Not a peep from you guys. Not an explanation. Not an apology. Not even a heads up. Needless to say, I am frustrated. If you are running behind, let people know that are depending on your product. I had to call and inquire about the status of my order since there was no tracking number online and it had already been over a week (clearly there was no number because it hadn\'t even been sent yet) to be told, \"I don\'t know what to tell you. You should hopefully get it by Friday.\" Not even an apology or better explanation. I was depending on you guys for a deadline. That is all thrown out the window.
KEENART: We shipped the artist canvas four days after we received the order, and the free shipping took 3 days, unfortunately for an important order like this the Customer didn\'t ask for rush services or express shipping, we are really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please for next order remind us the deadline in order note section.
