Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the floating frame I ordered. It is beautifully made and the quality is outstanding. It was also received incredibly fast, especially considering it was \"custom\" sized to my exact specifications. I got my frame quite quickly, even though I was worried Canada post would be on strike. It was packed really well, and every framing material they use is very high quality!! I love the non-glare plexiglass especially. It was also priced reasonably, as opposed to Michaels which is just ludicrously expensive. Thanks so much!

I ordered a 36 x 36 canvas print of a photo I took in Tofino at Chesterman beach. Within a few hours - I had an email from Cynthia advising the resolution wasn\'t good enough to see if I had another file, to offer alternatives if not. I ended up switching to a better photo.
