frustrated... I am extremely frustrated that I ordered my canvas from you last Tuesday morning and was told it would arrive 3-4 days later. Little did I know that it wouldn\'t even be sent out until a week later. By the time I should have received my canvas, it hadn\'t even been sent out. Not a peep from you guys. Not an explanation. Not an apology. Not even a heads up. Needless to say, I am frustrated. If you are running behind, let people know that are depending on your product. I had to call and inquire about the status of my order since there was no tracking number online and it had already been over a week (clearly there was no number because it hadn\'t even been sent yet) to be told, \"I don\'t know what to tell you. You should hopefully get it by Friday.\" Not even an apology or better explanation. I was depending on you guys for a deadline. That is all thrown out the window.
KEENART: We shipped the artist canvas four days after we received the order, and the free shipping took 3 days, unfortunately for an important order like this the Customer didn\'t ask for rush services or express shipping, we are really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please for next order remind us the deadline in order note section.
Robin C., San Francisco, CA | epoxy Resin on canvas I just got my first canvas print done with an epoxy finish. It took a while but the results are fantastic. Fthose who want to spend a bit more I definitely recommend it!
Paul Steele, Wolfville | I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again.
Sally D., Maple Ridge | The floater frame Thank you for the frame, which arrived safely here yesterday. I was pleased with both the construction and looks of the frame, as well as the sturdiness of the shipping materials used. The coated hanging wire in the hardware pack is an especially nice touch.
