I have been ordering from EOC from quite a while and really impressed with the clear and prompt communication. Any help or guide needed for selection of panels. It\'s very easy to order big orders from their website. I requested once that I need a panel as soon as possible, they shipped it the next day and I received it in 2 days without any extra charges. I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?
