I could not imagine any better service than I have received. My request for quote was acted on, my order received and acknowledged and payment received all on a Sunday afternoon. Shipment was free and the materials arrived extremely well packed. Product was excellent quality and order completed as requested. I would highly recommend Vancouver On Canvas for framing materials. Shipment sent to the wrong address. The right address was specified when ordering (otherwise credit card would not have been approved), but shipment was sent to an old address they had on file.

I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!
