Wasn\'t sure if I would be getting the proper attention as a \'regular\' customer, as I was using the LivingSocial coupon, but turns out that there was nothing to fear.
My questions (sent in by email) were answered promptly and informatively. Ordering on-line was straight forward. Got a very friendly phone call to follow up on payment. Turn around time and deliver was amazingly quick. And to top it off, I am blown away at the final product. I absolutely love it! I thought customer service was a thing of the past however dealing with CanadaOnCanvas has changed that. I received a frame that was not square and contacted customer service. They were apologetic and immediately corrected the order with no problem. Their personal attention and speedy response was incredible. It was a relief to know that there is still a comoany that honours and respects customers.
