I could not imagine any better service than I have received. My request for quote was acted on, my order received and acknowledged and payment received all on a Sunday afternoon. Shipment was free and the materials arrived extremely well packed. Product was excellent quality and order completed as requested. I would highly recommend Vancouver On Canvas for framing materials. When I contacted them about the problem, they not only agreed to reprint it for me, but sent it to me by FedEx at their cost so that I would get it in time for the show.
