Thank You SO much. I had a print made for my brother and his future wife of the engagement pictures i took for them. I made them into a collage and gave them the 16x16 canvas for Christmas. I ordered a 36 x 36 canvas print of a photo I took in Tofino at Chesterman beach. Within a few hours - I had an email from Cynthia advising the resolution wasn\'t good enough to see if I had another file, to offer alternatives if not. I ended up switching to a better photo.
