I waited to respond until I had my painting in hand, and actually installed it in the frame. Now that I've framed it, I can supply the following comments and findings: 1. the ordering process was easy 2. the price was good 3. the delivery was great.....the product arrived intact in a few weeks 4. I loved the frame!! It was exactly as I expected it to look, and it looks great on my painting! 5. I found that the return piece on the frame back was a little skimpy, resulting in a slight gap between the painting and the frame back. This probably won't be noticeable to anyone looking, but it would have been an advantage to have a bit more frame on the back side, to make sure the wall behind isn't seen in that crack. By the time I should have received my canvas, it hadn\'t even been sent out. Not a peep from you guys. Not an explanation. Not an apology. Not even a heads up. Needless to say, I am frustrated. If you are running behind, let people know that are depending on your product. I had to call and inquire about the status of my order since there was no tracking number online and it had already been over a week (clearly there was no number because it hadn\'t even been sent yet) to be told, \"I don\'t know what to tell you. You should hopefully get it by Friday.\" Not even an apology or better explanation. I was depending on you guys for a deadline. That is all thrown out the window. KEENART: We shipped the artist canvas four days after we received the order, and the free shipping took 3 days, unfortunately for an important order like this the Customer didn\'t ask for rush services or express shipping, we are really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
