I had a bad experience with DHL company. I waited for the promised delivery, sitting at home for 2 days, and each time I received an SMS that the package could not be delivered, since I wasallegedly not at home. In the end, I picked up my package from DHL center in Los Angeles by myself. Lazy anddeceitful couriers gave me a lot trouble and loss of my time and trust.

I received my order and it looks great. However, I am very concerned about future orders. The order arrived with the box busted open, the photo was hanging out with the protective covers off as well. Surprisingly there was no damage to the wood print but I don\'t know if I would trust your shipping in the future. This was for a gallery exhibit.

The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36†x 48†painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
