my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.

Trixie, | It looks amazing but ... Thank you so much for the print. It looks amazing. The only thing I was a little concerned over was that the box had gotten wet during shipping. It didn't affect the print at all but it made me concerned that there wasn't an extra bag or plastic wrap around the foam protector. Overall the canvass looks great. Thank you so much!!
